These nutrient packed recipes are a healthy version sure to curb your cookie craving without all the sugar. Does it taste exactly like the cookie it was inspired by… Nope, but it is as close as they come to a healthy version. Hey, we are all adults here…. let’s just keep it real. Want a cookie? Have a cookie. Want a great tasting protein smoothie packed full of nutrients you can feel good about? This is a great option for you.

One more Girl Scout Cookie inspired protein shake at a time,


  • clean protein powder (my favorite is MOM Fuel by MOMSanity HERE)
  • 1/4 cup dry oats (I soak mine in the liquid I’m using while I prepare other ingredients.)
  • 1-2 tsp cocoa (I use Barlean’s Greens Chocolate Silk)
  • heaping handful of leafy green (spinach is always a good choice)
  • 1 Tbs fresh coconut
  • 6-8 ozs coconut milk
  • ice if desired


  • place all dry ingredients into blender.
  • add milk
  • add ice if desired
  • blend and enjoy
